He will never disappoint if…

1st Sept. 2011: While the people pressed upon him to hear the word of God, he was standing by the lake of Gennes'aret. 2 And he saw two boats by the lake; but the fishermen had gone out of them and were washing their nets. 3 Getting into one of the boats, which was Simon's, he asked him to put out a little from the land. And he sat down and taught the people from the boat. Luke 5:1-3

Reflection: When the people pressed to hear God’s word, Jesus gets into the boat to minster to them. When one is willing then the master can go to any lengths to accommodate us. This gospel passage is a reminder of God’s commitment and assurance to anyone who is willing to seek the truth, anyone who is willing to be nourished with the word of life. Even if by our standards there is no space (shore),yet in God’s plan and working there is always space, there is room in his heart for you. SO, “..seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things shall be yours as well.” Matt 6:33

At Dedicated Disciples I commit myself to this service to present God's word to you, with complete trust in the grace and assurance of our Lord and master.

Prayer: Lord, help me to seek you diligently as I seek you daily in my time with you.

DD = Dedicated Discipleship:  Come grow in the Lord with us
